Job Description:

As a Server at Blue Sunday Bar and Grill, you will be an essential part of our dedicated team committed to providing guests with an extraordinary dining experience. You will deliver a high level of service while ensuring the seamless flow of the dining operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Present and explain the menu, including specials, signature drinks, and unique dining experiences.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are properly noted.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Serve food and beverages to guests with attention to detail, precision, and elegance.
• Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, offering recommendations and responding to any inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the proper handling of glassware, silverware, and other dining materials.
• Handle guest feedback and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient dining operation.

Qualifications:

• Previous fine dining serving experience is preferred.
• RAMP certification preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage, with a strong emphasis on wine and cocktail service.
• Impeccable grooming, presentation, and communication skills.
• A passion for providing exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a professional and composed attitude.
